Our service is provided for professional and personal file conversion. Free accounts are subject to daily limits and file size constraints as indicated on our pricing page. Abuse of the service, including automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks, will result in immediate termination of access.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the legality of the files you upload. FilezyConvert does not monitor user content and assumes no liability for any copyright infringement or illegal content processed through our system.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability.
5. Payments and Refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our satisfaction guarantee policy.
